This word has been following me around everywhere as of late…yet, it wasn’t until last night that it gave me an idea for a project. Planning time!
The Countdown
It’s been awhile since I actually wrote something personal and substantial on my blog. My mom pointed out this fact to me earlier this evening. I don’t post a lot anyway, especially compared to other Tumblrs, but when I go quiet for weeks at a time she worries. So, I decided to check-in despite my tired eyes.
After class this evening, I opted to walk and talk with my mom down 23rd St....

Brunch with Caroline the Brit
Caroline: Is it offensive to call an American a Yank?
Me: No, no, I don't think so..
(pause)
Me: Well, unless he's a Mets fan.
This is incredible. I’ve walked by Joe sitting on his corner shredding carrots and charming the crowd in Union Square nearly every weekend and I can’t help but smile every time. He’s so cheery and enthusiastic about his product, and now, to learn that he’s a Park Ave. millionaire, well now it all just comes together. What a great story!
