Screening...
Each Sunday I review four plus hours of short and feature-length films for an upcoming film festival. I cozily nest, watch films, and draft up multiple reviews. It’s time consuming, but I don’t mind - ultimately, it’s helping me understand what it takes to produce a festival ready film.

Listen To A Movie →
My preference is always to experience a film as it was intended -seen and heard. However, just listening to a movie is an interesting idea, especially for writers developing their own dialogue.
I’d like this whole concept a lot better if it were possible to upload the audio to my iPod, rather than a media player that streams while I work- how can you really pay attention to dialogue when...

I have to agree with him on this one. A couple of weeks ago, Sarah and I had a late...
Afterparty
Last night after Girl Talk my friend Kelly and I found ourselves at Kingswood - if you’ve never been to the lounge down below the main restaurant/bar, you really should (lounge = super fun dance party). As I entered the bar a guy approached me and actually said, “You look like Blair Waldorf…Can I be your Chuck Bass.”
Are you serious? It’s a lame line, but I will say...

Norton and his directors began shooting footage prior to Obama’s declaration of candidacy to become the Democratic Party’s 2008 presidential nominee. Speaking out on...

Just received this email:
PBS has an online poll posted asking if Sarah Palin is qualified. Apparently Republicans knew about this in advance and are flooding the voting with YES votes. It will be reported on PBS, picked up by mainstream media and can influence undecided voters in swing states.
Click on link and vote yourself. Here’s the link: http://www.pbs.org/now/polls/poll-435.html
