WatchI often find that a particular sound or song grows on me once I see the accompanying music video. I’m a highly visual person I suppose. Just like film, I find that a music video draws me in even more so when the sound vibes with a visual of authentic feeling. It has to be done right of course and there are certainly examples of when a music video does absolutely nothing for the song.

WatchI went through a phase where I was obsessed with director Whit Stillman. This post may have just triggered a relapse. Seriously though - The Last Days of Disco is one of my all-time, favorites! Metropolitan is good too, but not as good as Barcelona. I will be watching this tonight to see if my opinion has changed. See - relapse!
