Absolutely gorgeous video of the world record freedive (without fins) at 88 meters/288 feet.
It’s easy to forget how dangerous freediving is while watching William Trubridge descend into the ocean so gracefully. He makes it look almost effortless, but if you’ve ever had the urge to swim deep you know it’s certainly not. I can’t even imagine the amount of training it takes...
