Meet Herman
My first cinemagraph…. these things are tricky for a photoshop novice like myself, but fun.
Originally from Bogota, Colombia, Herman has worked the tables and booths at the Chelsea Square Diner on the corner of W. 23rd St. and 9th Ave for “plenty of years.”
