Namaste

I just came back from the BEST yoga class and now I feel fabulous! I’ve been feeling a lot tension in my shoulders lately… it’s where I carry any bit of stress. Well, just one hour of yoga did the trick. If only healing all ailments were this easy. Amazing. 

I’ve done yoga for years now -vinyasa, ashtanga, bikram, hatha—you name it, I’ve tried it. But you know, the key to a good yoga class is the instructor, and tonight’s yogi was a winner.  I have so much energy right now, such a natural high.
