A year ago almost to the day, I met my good friends in DC for the 10-mile Cherry Blossom Run!  I really recommend signing up for runs where the path takes you into unfamiliar territory. The changing landscape really helps push you through the fatigue. In DC, I ran past monuments, the tidal basin, which happened to be lined with gorgeous cherry blossom trees at the time, and through Rock Creek Parkway. I don’t run everyday or every week for that matter, but luckily I along with my brother and sisters were blessed with the endurance gene, so I was able to get through the race just fine. Anyway, this is me and my friend Moka jumping for joy the day before the race… I love this picture.
