I noticed that throughout the whole debate - Obama talked about “keeping his eye on the ball” with regards to foreign and economic policy and even in the debate, he very literally kept his eye on McCain who always, always looked away. McCain also laughed a lot, a reaction I rarely saw from Obama. This photo is not just a fluke thing - body language and nervous reactions says a lot about a person’s confidence. McCain may have addressed the issues and his opponent with aggression, but he clearly was nervous, or should I say, had something to hide.
