Just did this bitch of an exercise
On top of a good 30 mins of jumping on the trampoline. Call me a wuss, but I won’t go running if it’s colder than 50 degrees. Plus, jumping on a trampoline is exponentially more fun than running in my opinion.
This time in my life is all about doing the things that make ME happy and that includes exercising. My 9-to-9 office job sucked every ounce of energy from me. If I was lucky I made it to the gym maybe twice a week, which wasn’t doing it for me. I love the endorphins that run through my body after a good sweat - it’s so uplifting and in the dead of winter it’s a good feeling to have.
I’ve managed to put together a routine I can easily do at home whenever I want and it’s starting to work for me.
