The other day I downloaded free app Anxiety to my Mac to keep me in check. I’m a list maker, but if I don’t have one staring me in the face I can get distracted (Tumblr, I’m looking at you). I like this app because it’s the first thing I see on screen - it appears as an overlay on all web pages, documents, etc.
I actually feel less anxious now and more productive given how many to-dos I’ve already checked off the list today.
